Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return window, meaning you must request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in its original condition
Be unused and undamaged
Include all original packaging
Important: To initiate a return, you must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
This video will serve as proof in case of damage, missing items, or quality concerns. Returns without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect the item.
Upon successful inspection, the return will be approved within 2 business days.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
You will be notified via email or message once the refund is processed.
Note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
